My challenges are designed with the exact framework I used to lose 50lbs postpartum all from the comfort of my home, that literally lit my soul on fire. As a recent postpartum mama who was desperate to find herself again, while also juggling family and career, I not only craved convenience, I NEEDED convenience.

The only thing that mattered to me in a fitness journey was how could I make the most out of the little bit of time I had to dedicate to me while fueling my body properly to achieve the

health, mentality, and body I dreamed of again.

  • I found myself again after not recognizing the woman I saw in the mirror.

  • I woke up feeling energized, full of life, and looking forward to my workouts.

  • I loved to shop again and try clothes on because I got my body back.

  • I was excited for events again to get dressed up.

  • I lost 50lbs while working out from home and enjoying all of the foods.

  • I toned my body with 45m dumbbell only workouts and the heaviest weight I have at home is 30lbs

  • I built resilience and mental toughness one rep at a time because doing hard things such as workouts strengthen your mental health for when curve balls get thrown your way.

  • I learned to give myself grace, celebrate all of my wins even the small ones, and focused on my journey without comparing it to others.

  • I created for myself a fitness routine that was simple and convenient enough that allowed me to remain consistent through any tough season of life. & because I was able to remain consistent, I was able to find me again, but this time, a healthier and stronger, me!

  • & most importantly, I achieved my transformation without obsession because I made fitness a part of my life, not my entire life.

I’ve been on this journey since 2017 and I can honestly say that I’ve had the most change, not only physically, but mentally over the last eight weeks  . When I started with Diana back in April, I was 4 months postpartum with Cora. I have always been into fitness and working out but after giving birth I felt like I was never going to get back to pre-pregnancy me. The weight just sticks to you differently. And I was struggling a bit with postpartum depression.

All of my life I struggled with my weight and always dreamt of what it would be to be that girl with the before and after pictures, and  here I am writing up a testimony WITH my before and after pictures. 

Diana and her community of woman changed my life with just ONE challenge.  I gained weight from having a horrible pregnancy being on strict bedrest for 8 months. I was just coming off one year postpartum and went to try on my favorite pair of jeans.. and they would not close.  That was my breaking point where I knew I needed to do something. 

It was perfect timing because Diana’s 8 week challenge was just about to begin. It was overwhelming at first but I quickly learned that day by day it gets easier.  Diana added me to the workout chats and I was immediately greeted with a full support team.  You’re not just getting Diana on your journey your getting a group of woman who have the same struggles you do.   We have ups and downs together but we always get it done.  It was the push that I needed.  

Fast forward to 7 1/2 weeks of being apart of the challenge..I tried on my jeans. I was scared they still wouldn’t fit but also confident that I was losing inches on my workout plan.  So I tried them on and they fit.. with some room to spare!  I cried and had to immediately send a video to the group. I could not wipe my smile off of my face that day. I was so unbelievably happy!

I am a different person for the better.  Now the challenge has ended but my journey just began.  I signed up monthly with Diana and told her she’s stuck with me for life!

LEARN TO LOVE YOURSELF AGAIN!!!

I've been training with Diana both in person and virtually for more than a year. It is an understatement to say that my life, health, appearance, and self esteem haven't been the same since. Start and do NOT look back!

I started the 2023 Winter challenge with 1 major goal, to get this Fupa SNATCHED!

I went into this program knowing there was going to be a lot of hard work on my end to be able and see the results I wanted. HOWEVER, I never in my wildest dreams thought this Fupa would be snatched in as little as 8 weeks. Especially since this was the 1st time I ever worked out and wasn't killing myself with cardio to try to "lose weight".

I started working with Diana in spring of 2022 but it wasn’t until early 2023 that I started doing her workouts. I was already working out at an advanced level on my own but my workouts were mostly cardio based .

I started my journey of getting back to the “Blair” pre pregnancy with Diana and I started a program that made up for me because I was truly starting from scratch, to then starting live workouts, challenges, and nutrition goals all with Diana’s help day in and day out.

It’s not easy, but it’s so rewarding. My body now looks a bit different than it was prior to having Mia. After having two children and a medically necessary hysterectomy , I felt lost and unmotivated. I found Diana through a mutual friend on Instagram and watched from a distance until I finally had enough of feeling the way I felt.

Prior to having children I enjoyed group fitness classes and working out with a friend but as a working mom this was no longer sustainable. In 2022, I embarked on a new journey with Diana. I made the decision to jump off the inconsistent diet cycle that led me back to what felt like -1. Since then, I've learned that prioritizing myself is the key to my success.

The journey has not been easy, there are days that are filled with self-doubt but the difference between then and now is that I am mentally strong and capable of pushing past my mental hurdles. Exercising used to mean to me a lean physique, but it really encompasses so much more!  It means spending more time outside with my children playing, not becoming tired in the middle of the day, and having the mental fortitude to face any challenges the day may present.

The challenge can solve any excuse that you’ve used in the past.

Whether it’s I don’t have time to work out or make it to the gym…

or I’ve tried everything and work out consistently, I just can’t lose weight.

or I’ve never been able to stick to a program.

Every excuse has a solution, and with my challenges, they’re easy fixes.

Scenario VS. Solution

Scenario: “Between my jobs and children, I don’t have the time to make it to the gym.”

Solution: Work out in your living room with follow along workouts that take the guess work out of it. You press play and are done in 30 minutes. The workouts are just as effective if not more.

Scenario: “I work out consistently and eat healthy but I just can’t lose the weight and tone”

Solution: Eating healthy doesn’t always mean you’re eating what you should be to lose weight. Eat the right amount of calories to be in a deficit for weight loss and eat enough protein to curve your hunger and help tone. Low calorie diets are difficult to adhere to and not necessary - on this side we eat just the right amount to feel satisfied and lose the weight.

Scenario: “I can never stick to a program”

Solution: Doing a program with a group of like minded women who are on the same struggle bus as you are, shows you that if they can you can, too! & did I mention that I make these workouts, fun?! You’ll never be bored following the same workouts each day.

INSIDE THE CHALLENGE YOU WILL FIND

QUICK + CONVENIENT FOLLOW ALONG WORKOUTS 

  • Access to my live/on-demand workout classes for 8 weeks that fit into your schedule! My workouts are designed to be quick yet effective enough to torch calories and tone your entire body! I provide 5 workout classes per week, 4 of them are strength training, and 1 of them is a hiit class. Workout just 3x per week or do the full 5 in under 45 minutes.

  • If a beginner, an 8 week beginner series to follow to ease your way into it. Only 3x per week.

  • Intermediate/advanced workout class is live at 6a ET via zoom but it is recorded, giving you the ability to complete your workout anytime, anywhere! 

  • I am doing every workout with you, providing you with cues, demonstrating correct form, and pushing you past your limits so that it feels like you are working with your very own personal trainer every time.

I’m Diana and I am the QUEEN OF HOME WORKOUTS!

On top of being your coach (NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Pre & Post Natal Coach), I’m a fellow mom and wife who understands the struggles of juggling family, work, friends and personal wellness. 

Long story short, I got into the best shape of my life when the world shut down in 2020 all from home workouts. I was in great shape from the gym, and was so afraid of “ruining it” since I didn’t have barbells, heavy weights, or machines. Having to change up my training methods, I learned that you can absolutely workout from home and continue to achieve incredible results. Later that year, I got pregnant while being in the best shape of my life. I gained 50lbs during my pregnancy, and it felt like I lost myself overnight. I worked adamantly on myself everyday but the progress was so slow. I had forgot what it was like to be a beginner again and in a body that felt foreign. I knew I wasn’t alone and that many many women struggled with the same. From that experience alone I knew that I wanted to help other women find themselves again and I wanted to do it in a way that didn’t require obsession, long training sessions, and inconvenience. I knew that if I could do it without all of that, other women could too! I believe that we all deserve to look good and feel good. We can be great mothers AND prioritize ourselves, it shouldn’t be one or the other. As women, we CAN have it all & I’m here to show you how!

Nothing I want more than for you all to feel alive, full of life, and like you again! I went from insecure and mentally weak to confident and resilient.
