Yes, many of our girls have gone on vacation during the challenge and saw amazing results. Being in challenge mode allows you to be more self aware while away, and that's the end goal!
Yes! Many of our members do all of the workouts from their gym or home/apartment gym. They're geared towards busy women who are limited on time and just want to stick to a corner with dumbbells. They can be done from literally anywhere!
Yes! We've had so many new moms and postpartum moms join and start with the beginner series.
Beginners need light dumbbells, latex/cloth glute bands.
My daily classes require dumbbells and we often use ankle weights, late/cloth glute bands, a bench or chair/couch, a stepper. You can purchase all equipment on my Amazon Store here.
When you join as a member you'll have full access to all workouts, support, and guidance beyond the 6 week challenge. When you pay in full, you are just paying for access for the 6 weeks. Joining as a member will provide you savings, and you can cancel anytime.
I do have sample meal plans in the grocery book but I like for my students to learn how to create their own meals so that they can enjoy what they’re eating.
Yes, I have an entire beginner series that is 8 weeks long. You will start with full body workouts, 3 times per week.
I offer 5 live workouts per week, Monday through Friday, at 6a EST. They are uploaded and ready to do on-demand by 8a EST every day. The workouts are less than 45 minutes long. I recommend at least 3 workouts per week to see results.
The schedule for the week goes live every Sunday. Each week we'll do five strength workouts together and one yoga flow for recovery, stress management, balance and mindfulness.
