I’ve been on this journey since 2017 and I can honestly say that I’ve had the most change, not only physically, but mentally over the last eight weeks.
This is what I told Diana right after winning the spring challenge ❤️
“We didn’t make it this far... to make it this far “ Eight weeks ago those words had no meaning now they keep me grounded.
I started working with Diana back in April of 2023, and she is stuck with me forever.
This road isn’t easy but Diana simplifies it in so many ways.
All my old clothes fit with some room to spare and I have more definition and tone than when I was at a lower weight, and I feel more confident than ever before. Plus, now I look in the mirror and like the person looking back at me.
My fitness is my non-negotiable and you can make time, if you make it a priority.
Diana and this group really saved me. Truly. I found me again and became stronger not just physically but mentally and emotionally.
I've always been into fitness and working out but after giving birth I felt like I was never going to get back to pre-pregnancy me. The weight just sticks to you differently. And I was struggling a bit with postpartum depression.
When I started with Diana back in April, I was 4 months postpartum.
I was immediately greeted in the workout chat by a full support team.
We have ups and downs together but we always get it done. It was the push I needed.
Fast forward to 7 1/2 weeks later... I tried on my jeans. I was scared, but they fit—with some room to spare! I cried and had to immediately send a video to the group. I could not wipe my smile off of my face that day. I was so unbelievably happy!
You’re not just getting Diana on your journey, your getting a group of woman who have the same struggles you do.
It was perfect timing because Diana’s 8-week challenge was about to begin.
I gained weight from having a horrible pregnancy and being on strict bed rest for 8 months. I was coming off one year postpartum, and went to try on my favorite pair of jeans—and they wouldn't close. That was my breaking point where I knew I needed to do something.
All my life, I’ve struggled with my weight and dreamt of being that girl with the before & after pictures. And here I am!
Especially since this was the 1st time I ever worked out and wasn't killing myself with cardio to try to "lose weight".
With the FitByDianaG program I not only exercised but I also prioritized healthy eating habits that helped me shed the fat the right way.
Slow and steady wins the race but consistency and discipline has helped me reach goals that I thought were unreachable.
I started the 2023 Winter challenge with one major goal, to get this Fupa SNATCHED!
I went into this program knowing there was going to be a lot of hard work on my end to be able and see the results I wanted. HOWEVER, I never in my wildest dreams thought this Fupa would be snatched in as little as 8 weeks.
If you want a trainer who trains WITH you and supports you EVERY step of the way, Diana is your woman! She is with us every single step of the way.
There are not enough words to express how grateful l am to have the support of these amazing women!
I owe so much to Diana and the FIT by DianaG community. I have learned how to have a healthy relationship with food and eat everything I enjoy and love without feeling guilty.
I started back during the Fall Challenge in September 2022 and my life changed!
I’ve learned to love my body and as Diana always says movement is medicine.
Everyday is a new day to be a better version of myself.
My mission is to be the healthiest and happiest version of myself, I won't allow myself to miss this opportunity to feel my best.

No one starves when you do it Diana’s way.
I’ve also incorporated so many nutritional changes in my diet , and no, working with a trainer doesn’t mean you eat less!
When I started doing Diana’s strength workouts 4-5 times a week I saw changes and progress so much faster than I ever had before.
I started working with Diana in spring of 2022 but it wasn’t until early 2023 that I started doing her workouts. I was already working out at an advanced level on my own but my workouts were mostly cardio based.
She really is what every woman needs to get back to feeling their best. But that means you have to put in the work.
It’s not easy, but it’s so rewarding. My body now looks a bit different than it was prior to having Mia. But that’s because I now have a better understanding of what I need to fuel and gain muscle in places that I never have before. I am down a lot of inches, with much more muscle, and can fit into all my pre pregnancy clothes.
I started my journey of getting back to the pre-pregnancy me with Diana, with a program that made just for me because I was truly starting from scratch.
Then starting live workouts, challenges, and nutrition goals all with Diana’s help day in and day out.
The bonus part is I do get to feel comfortable in my own skin, I radiate confidence!
The journey has not been easy, there are days that are filled with self-doubt but the difference between then and now is that I am mentally strong and capable of pushing past my mental hurdles.
Since then, I’ve learned that prioritizing myself is the key to my success.
In 2022, I embarked on a new journey with Diana. I made the decision to jump off the inconsistent diet cycle that led me back to what felt like -1.
Exercising used to mean to me a lean physique, but it really encompasses so much more! It means spending more time outside with my children playing, not becoming tired in the middle of the day, and having the mental fortitude to face any challenges the day may present.
She’s a beast! She will make you work hard but you will be seeing results so that will motivate you to keep going.
I can’t even put into words how much she has helped me in bringing my mentality back into taking care of myself especially after having a baby in 2021.
Started working with Diana back in 2022 while I was having issues with my back. She recommended me to see a PT and I did. Now back to her for my first real challenge summer 2023.
I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. The community she’s building is not like anything I’ve experienced. It’s based on amazing women who have struggles just like me and I’m sure many women and moms out there. Don’t think about it twice in reaching out to Diana. You won’t regret it. I’m here to stay ❤️

I love the 6am live to start my day off, and the group chat is just amazing—full of women empowerment!
Diana is so inspiring and motivating, she knows exactly what to say so that you’re not beating yourself up and instead just pushing to be the best version of yourself.
I started my journey with Diana in January and I could not be happier that I found her! This isn’t the first time I’ve tried to work on myself, so I wasn’t sure how consistent I would be. I did NOT love working out, and let’s be real I still don’t (lol), but it’s turned into a habit at this point and it’s just something I get up and do.
I’ve lost 15 pounds, I feel confident in my own skin and I have built healthy habits that will last a lifetime!
I found Diana on Instagram and joined my first challenge in January of 2023, and have been a member ever since.
Prior to having children, I enjoyed group fitness classes and working out with a friend, but as a working mom, this was no longer sustainable. Diana’s program provides the convenience of working out from home while having a community of accountability partners.
After having two children and a medically-necessary hysterectomy, I felt lost and unmotivated.
It’s amazing to be a part of a community that supports each other when we’re down and celebrates each other’s accomplishments.
I love that the workouts are less than an hour each and can be done live or on demand when my busy schedule allows.
Diana has taught me and guided me through my fitness journey on every step of the way; we’ve sweated insane sweats, laughed countless laughs, and proved to ourselves that WE CAN DO HARD THINGS!!! Within 1 year i have lost 30lbs WITHOUT extreme dieting. I am down 4 pants sizes, have reduced cholesterol levels, and am sleeping through the night for the first time in about 30 years.
The incredible #fitbydianag community is a network of AMAZING women from all walks of life who communicate constantly and show up for each other. When you work with Diana, you have access to a VERY rare, unwavering female support system that never disappoints.

I’ve been training with Diana both in-person and virtually for more than a year and my life, health, appearance, and self esteem haven’t been the same since. Start and do NOT look back!
