Absolutely! I have a beginner 8 week series providing you with all exercise fundamentals. Once the 8 weeks are up, you would move into Beginner v2 for another 6 weeks. You’ll be ready to jump into my daily classes once you finish those.
Yes, I have an 8 week beginner series that focuses on full body workouts with core rehabbing sessions.
Dumbbells are the only equipment that is required for each class. As you progress you can add optional equipment like cloth/latex mini bands, ankle weights, a bench, and stepper. Modifications are always given in case you don’t have the equipment needed.
All workouts are recorded and uploaded to the on-demand library by 8 am EST every morning, so that you can do it anytime, anywhere!
The live classes are at 6a EST every morning through Zoom. You sign up directly on the site and receive the link via email.
Yes! Many of our members do all of the workouts from their gym or home/apartment gym. They're geared towards busy women who are limited on time and just want to stick to a corner with dumbbells. They can be done from literally anywhere!
The workouts are 45 minutes or less.
The membership is a monthly or yearly subscription that gives you access to workouts, nutrition guidance, community chat, IRL events, recipe book, and all future challenges at no additional cost. Enjoy a 7 day free-trial and you can cancel at any time, but no refunds will be issued. You will have full access until the end of the paid month.
Strength Training workouts are Monday-Thursday. 2 upper body days and 2 lower body days. 1 HIIT full body workout per week. Beginner workouts are full body strength training workouts.
You always have direct access to me. I make myself extremely accessible and am always interacting in the Whats App chat as well.

This will give you access to all the workouts on your desktop, iPad, or mobile device, including the ability to join live workouts, the beginner series, and the vacation series.
